VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I was offered a 7 day complimentary trial 10 days ago. I have not been able to gain access to my account for 10 days now.
I have contacted customer service several times but got no assistance!!! I am asked the same questions over and over again, I reply with my answers but still nothing is working. I have done everything possible with troubleshooting on my end, I have reset my password multiple times, I am in the US and I am using an iPhone. I have attached previous messages I have sent , and the error I keep getting when trying to access my account.
I AM NOT ABLE READ MY MESSAGES OR VIEW PROFILES!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING AND VERY ANNOYING!!!

Refund and remove auto pay for BPM account
My name is Helen Daly, on 2-5-24 I canceled my account with BPM and assumed it would also stop payments from being taken from my bank account, on 2-10=24 $15.00 was deducted from my account anyway, I called the customer service number (866-727-****) and tried to follow directions given to stop auto pay, however your directions do not match options given on the account, so I was unable to get to the option to remove auto pay,However I will like this $15.00 credited back to my bank account and I want no other payments automatically taken from my bank account as the confirmation number I received (Helen202411****836) on 2-11-24 tells me I am no longer a member, Please let this be the point of resolution, Thank You...HelenDaly

Total trash comparing to J4Dating.com
I learned my fair share of lesson and left Peoplemedia because of a giant number of fake profiles. They are not Mormons and they know nothing about it you find it out when you start talking about it.
I found more Mormons on J4Dating.com - I joined it after I left PM with heavy and broken heart. I was incredibly pleased with this site. Even though it is not positioned as Mormon dating site, but they do have many genuine Mormon women and you can easily find them if you use filters.
The women are very beautiful there! I started relationship with one lady and she is really making me the happiest man on earth.

Service is not what I paid for
Yesterday I was on the box, my user name is Carol. I have been banned from the site.
I do not know the reason why because I am a respectful person. I do not have problem with anyone on the site. Yesterday there was a discussion on the chatbox between Hans from Veenendal and a Raymond. We we all on the group and heard the threats between the two.
But after awhile I have been banned from the group. I did not participate in the discussion, have not said a word! Not my thing. So I want to know why I can not sign in into the site.
I am very dissapointed because there was no reason for me being banned since I behaved properly. I would like to enter again. Another person who was also on the group her name is Esra, she has also been banned.
I suspect it is the job of a man called Rene from Opmeer who is a racist and loves to discriminate us because of our colors. Esra is a nice person and she always behaves.
