They have been charging me for two subscriptions that I have tried to cancel multiple times
I have tried the emails. I have tried logging back into old accounts from July, and nothing is working. And they are still charging me monthly for two different sites.

Too difficult to contact. I tried to follow the instructions on the app to cancel auto-renewal, but the instructions do not work.

Impossible to reach a person ...phone doesn't give you person...directs you to the "site" which does not allow refund of current pending charge on renewal. Only charges another 6 months and charges.
No way to cancel and get refund. Very frustrating.
Credit card says have to wait till it appears as a charge and then "dispute." Did that with similar site and credit card company will not assist either. Terrible customer service!!!

These charges were unauthorized and have tried to cancel auto payment but couldn't remember pw. When I tried to get a new one through email, it never came.
I looked in inbox and spam.
