I have tried many times to contact Ourtime because I cannot even get to the password page because I keep getting the message that safari cannot open the page because the server stopped working.
o My complaint is that I have paid $ to be on the Ourtime site and I cannot even logg in. I have called them numerous times and sent complaints and the have kept me on the phone 2 different times for 45 minutes each telling me what to do yet it never works.
This happened last November and I did nothing because they kept telling me they would fix it and notify me. In January I had not heard from them so thought I would just give it a try and sure enough it worked. So obviously they did something because I didn't. Now I have the same message again and cannot even logg in but I have sent them messages and nothing happens.
I would like a refund because you cannot deal with this site. Now when you call it is a recording that comes on so you can't talk to anyone unless you want to pay to chat with an agent.
Why should I have to pay them money to get them to fix their own site???If you can help in any way I would appreciate it. Betty Dorsey

Resolved: Cant get on site
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. The issue was my phone number on an old account that i requested be deleted but was not deleted so it wouldn't allow me to verify my new account with MY phone#.
Preferred solution: Help for being able to view my account. I cant access my account even tho i paid the fee
